Property has no reception and guests arriving before 16:00 may leave their luggage in the agency office: Colombet Immobilier, 11 Rue de le Vieille Intendance, 34000 Montpellier, France. Please contact the property in advance in order to arrange payment and organise an appointment for key collection. Please note that a contract will have to be signed at the agency for the rental.
The service charge includes the bed linen, towels and cleaning fees.
Please note that a EUR 500 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the studio during your stay and will be returned upon your departure. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

哈拉網通電訊公司一名42歲童姓女員工，涉嫌侵入公司會計系統竄改帳目，6年多來共侵占公司6711萬餘元。因該公司近年生意頗佳，但卻始終不見利潤，就連增資的2000萬元都賠光，讓老闆起疑查帳，才將內鬼揪出，台中地檢署今（8）日依業務侵占罪起訴童女。
起訴指出，童女是哈拉網通公司的員工，負責與各大網路購物網站廠商接洽，處理手機商品出貨等業務。民國100年間，童女因主管交辦登打資料事務，從中得知進入公司會計系統的帳號與密碼，並自100年2月起進入會計系統竄改記錄，將手機單價調低、出售數量調高，讓帳面總數不變，藉此侵占浮報的手機商品並賣給下游廠商。
由於該公司近年來營運狀況不錯，但始終不見利潤，一度增資2000萬元也賠光，今年7月老闆決定清查，才揪出童女涉嫌在6年來侵占共6711萬餘元，童女到案後也坦承犯行。
此外，檢方還查出，童女這幾年來購入兩棟不動產、還清債務，還每年招待親友出國旅遊多次，每個月信用卡費也高達30、40萬元，生活頗為奢侈。檢方也查扣童女帳戶現金、兩戶房產等，並依業務侵占等罪嫌將童女起訴。
